I grew up in Ayrshire, Scotland and I have two master degrees, one in Psychology and another in Human Resource Management. I have been diagnosed with autism and dyslexia as an adult and I have navigated the complexity of work well.
I have spent over 20 years in change and behavioural management, coaching and HR. I have had a varied career working for Accenture, Barclays, Cisco Systems, as well as boutique law and financial services organisations.
I am a qualified psychologist and behavioural specialist who supports neurodiverse clients to burn bright. I am also a qualified yoga teacher, meditation teacher and ADHD assessor. I have been researching sleep and burnout for many years and have distilled the scientifically proven methods to offer clients the opportunity to burn bright not out.
Coaching neurodiverse individuals and parents of neurodiverse children is my passion. My main areas of focus include: supporting neurodiverse individuals placed on a performance improvement plan, ADHD assessments, helping neurodiverse people and families prevent burnout, and supporting neurodiverse individuals in a redundancy situation.
I blend coaching, mentoring and use psychological talk therapies to support neurodiverse individuals.
